I am a Cambridge University CELTA tutor and I have been in the field of ELT since I graduated from Damietta University in 2001. In 2010, I received my foundation certificate in Translation from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and three years later, I studied with English Language Assessment, Cambridge University and finished the Diploma in English Language Teaching for Adults known as Cambridge DELTA. In 2015, I received training as a teacher educator form TESOL International Association and as a Trinity College CertTESOL tutor from OxfordTEFL in Barcelona, Spain. In 2016, I established a CELTA centre at Future University in Egypt and in the same year I joined Cambridge University trainer-in-training programme to become a CELTA tutor. In 2017, I received my letter of accreditation as a CELTA Tutor from Cambridge University and in 2018, I managed to get my MA degree in TESOL & Applied Linguistics from the University of Leicester. I have delivered a wide range of workshops for teachers in different parts of the world including United Arab Emirates, France, Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Andorra, Austria, South Africa, Egypt and who knows what is next. In 2019, I resigned from my job as the head of Teacher Training and Programme Development at Future University in Egypt and in the same year I signed an agreement with Cambridge Assessment English through which my own school Britishey Training Centre, has become a Cambridge Authorised Centre. I can proudly say that I introduced the following Cambridge Assessment English Programmes for the first time in Egypt: CELT-S/P, Language for Teaching and Train the Trainer.
